Katzen : to uphold the castle doctrine, that is what the jury will decide upon. That will be the question. You cannot separate law and morals as much as you would like to think. Laws are built upon the common morality of humankind in this country. Murder is wrong in most cases, so it is illegal. It started as a moral and became a law.
