teatime : I use your last phrase a lot. I have had struggles in life. I can relate to the anxiety thing and may also have trouble living too close to other people as in a shelter or any communal living. I pray things work out for her.
peppermintstick : THAT is usually the number one reason people don't make it in shelters. That someone would choose to live in the woods verses the safety of shelters, forget that it's freezing tonight, doesn't mean they're mentally ill, but it might mean something else entirely. Generally speaking, mind you.
