TEXASGIRLMAMMA : I have no idea. We won't be able to get cars in garage also. Soon we will have 3-4 cars. We only have 2 now. I just looked on there it is talking about non operable cars in driveway on street or lot. Talking about RV s & sport utility vehicles. Things like that I was reading. It talks about grass & landscaping , trash cans, things like that However, it doesnt say how much any of the fines would be. That is the problem I have signing this. I am all about keeping it clean but it needs to state how much things will be
FLUFFYCAKES : Yes, It should state how much the fines would be. I would think they should have to send a warning letter and that would state what the fine is if it happens again. Ever since NWH got the new garbage service I have noticed a lot more people leaving their garbage cans out all the time and they just don't seem to know what to do with that huge green can for recycle. Txbutterfly : never knew you could fit against. When I picked up pool tags they just wanted us to sign this paper for them. I said no. But no fine amounts are given that is the only reason I am saying no until they specify what fines bc you never know 1 min it could be $25 next it could be $100. 4951

In SWH the restrictions clearly state "No oil or mining operations on any lot." I thought the Tx legislature passed a law that local laws can not infringe on things like fracking, only the state can control that.

Txbutterfly : No they are still soliciting people to sign the change, which I doubt will happen. NWH hardly functions as an HoA, nobody I have spoken with have any interest in giving those morons more power. 4951

There is nowhere on the form to vote no to the amendments. My concern is that the board will use unsigned forms to do what they want with them and pass the amendments. I think if they would just enforce the current deed restrictions everything would be fine. 4951
