They do, but if the Hospital, or any provider bills for the service and accepts Federal funds it's fraud. Report them. What Sweetie describes her sister doing at the hospital for it to receive payment is big whistleblower bucks. If Sweetie said which hospital, I would initiate the tip process. Cost me $7,576 to have a baby this year AFTER insurance and we have pretty good insurance. I had an induction with epidural and emergency c-section. So many of the people in my baby group from abroad talk about how shocked they are that we have to pay so much let alone AT ALL because their deliveries were free 😭 now I have to wait for people to pay me to ******* toes so i can pay my medical bills.
