This Night Owl Thing… Was fast asleep on the couch after a shower at 10 PM. Earlier, I changed my sheets, and put pillowcases on my fluffy new bed pillows, too its quiet, cool and dark… so Why cant I sleeeeep? How do some of y'all do this every night?

Love the picture you created, not that you can't sleep.

Love your owl!! Prayers you go to sleep & stay asleep!
Sometimes, a Benadryl helps or an Advil PM.🙏
The glass of milk should help. Try lavendar and cedarwood essential oils.
I have a crazy sleep pattern. Unfortunately, I am up and down all day and night. I have been up since 3:00.
I sleep soundly, a thought or idea to develop pops into my dream stage, I awaken, work on it for an hour or so, time well spent, sleep very soundly to awaken bright eyed, bushy tailed ad happy about the work I got started. Finishing goes on the To Do list.
I quit stressing over the can't get to sleep thing and accept being awake and play solitaire and/or watch TV. Then I fall asleep.
Ditto. Im use to my 8 hours every nite. When i dont get it, i feel like a slug ALL DAY. 🐌
should not do....caffeine and tx or computer screens blue lights they call it

5 hours of sleep not enough, though we all train our bodies differently!😘
My sleep had improved for a while, but since my surgery last month, I'm back to poor sleep when unaided medicinally.

Make sure your room is uncluttered and extra cool.
Check out the apps that have white noise or soft string music or even light stories that can help mellow you out.
Try some Melatonin.
Silently, slowly list all the boys names that start with D or the girls names that start with C or all the streets named after trees. You get the idea.

It's been difficult for me too. But then, there's been a lot going on in my little world right now. My mind is keeping me up most nights and I'm trying to catch up with some rest, but it's a struggle. Hope you get some rest soon, too.
