KingwoodDotCom : Big deal on bonds. Just by stealing those converters auto owners are out a whole lot more than their bonds. And to think they only have to put up to $250 or $500 they could just go steal another converter and pay themselves back

See why we should require more civics courses?? At the very least, we should be able to parse out exactly who is the responsible party for whatever it is that makes us unhappy/ **** off.... That way we don't send the wrong person to the guillotine
Suspects arrested for stealing catalytic converters in Humble On January 12, 2022, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the 7100 block of Foxbrick Lane in reference to a suspicious male. Upon deputies arriving, they located two males stealing catalytic converters from vehicles in the parking lot. The males were detained and identified as Billy Dela Cruz and John Palacios, who was found to be in possession of 33.8 grams of Methamphetamine. "They were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Felony Theft. John Palacios was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. His total bond was set at $5,000.00. Billy Dela Cruz' bond was set at $2,500.00 out of the 183rd District Court." - Constable Mark Herman
