Humble Police Department needs your help identifying theft suspe

From what I understand, retail employees are not allowed to try and stop the hoodlums. My DS worked retail, forgot, and tried to stop a theft. He finally let him go and when he turned around everyone in the store was looking at him because the bad guy was twice his size. DS was going to school for Criminal Justice so it's hard for him to let things like that go. I really dislike thieves!!😡

mutton : Isn't that inane? Because if the employee is hurt in some way where he/she can sue the employer, or causes damages to the fleeing criminal while "on the clock", the store is liable for all that.

Probably this is the last crime they will commit. They are turning their life around, good kids from a good family, never did anything wrong, probably just needed money for food or school. Probably give back to their community too!
