Attempt to Locate/ Missing Person

Humble Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in helping locate a missing person from Humble, Texas. Carlos Melendez suffers from dementia and was last seen on May 22, 2023 walking east in the 9500 block of Fm 1960. He is described as a Hispanic male with a height of 5’9” and weighing 210 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white mask covering his face, white shirt, black jeans, and black and white shoes.

Anyone having information regarding the whereabouts of Carlos Melendez is urged to contact the Humble Police Department at 281-446-7127 or your local Law Enforcement Agency.

That is the exact name of my yard dude. I'm thinking it may be his dad or close relative. I sure hope not. Carlos is supposed to be here on Friday to do my yard and I'll ask him about it ... if he comes.
