CDC lifts COVID testing requirement for passengers flying into U.S.
Effective Sunday 6/12/22 at 12:01AM ET, the CDC has rescinded the order requiring persons to show a negative COVID-19 test result or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 before boarding a flight to the United States. This means that starting at 12:01AM ET on June 12, 2022, air passengers no longer need to get tested and show the COVID-19 test result or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 prior to boarding a flight to the U.S. The CDC continues to recommend that those travelers boarding a flight to the U.S. get tested for current infection with a viral test as close to the time of departure as possible (no more than 3 days) and not travel if they are sick but it is no longer required. 4951

Government is just trying to get rid of Title 42. They are trying to say no Covid, no restrictions. Open Border.
Besides if other Countries still have the Covid testing it won't make any difference. People will still have to test to go in and out of their countries. 4951
