Driver arrested for 7th DWI

On 5/11/22 around 12:30pm, a Splendora Police Officer was on a traffic stop when a vehicle swerved into the shoulder nearly striking the officer. The officer immediately took action and conducted a traffic stop at the Family Dollar on FM 2090. When the officer approached the vehicle to make contact with the driver, the officer observed pinpoint pupils, lethargic movements and slurred speech. The driver admitted to being on pain medication, Benadryl, and consuming alcohol. The driver was identified as Patrick Crenshaw. Crenshaw has six (6) prior DWI Convictions and now being charged with his 7th DWI. Crenshaw is currently in the Montgomery County Jail with NO BOND!

Probably this time, long term prison or at least should be.

He shouldn't even have a license but, he would probably just drive without one anyway!

@cbear : Yeah People drive all the time without a DL. They don't care if they have a license or not. They do what they want. They'll let him go. Like they did the other six times

@sweetie : I hope you are wrong. He needs to sit in jail for a while. IMO.
