Stretch Lab coming soon to Kingwood Docks

Opening date is scheduled for Thursday 12/9/21 !

Stretch Lab offers one-on-one stretch or group stretch classes.

@KingwoodDotCom : Never understood why people would pay money to have someone tell you how to stretch and watch if you are doing it right. I am starting breathing classes this winter 45 bucks a session. You in?

@UptownGirl : I was thinking the same. I often lead the stretches for my dance team in high school. Maybe I could charge for it.

They had a pop up tent setup in the parking lot opposite of The Joint the other day. Not sure why they wouldn't have utilized the bigger lot, but it deterred me from "visiting".

Also, I just have my kids help me stretch, if needed. They appreciate the fact that they can inflict pain on me.

I think it's good news to have some businesses moving in there finally . Better than a giant empty strip mall

Having someone else stretch you feels amazing, way better and more effective than you doing it yourself. Some massage therapist incorporate it into a session

Guess I shouldn't generalize like that, that's like what you did. I'll just say, I would dare anyone to try to do what I do as a housewife everyday and do it well 24/7.

I see them out in the parking lot there, with a tent.
I'm still hoping someone is putting a beer garden at the Docks in that last unit with the patio. Allow dogs on the patio and you'll have an afternoon customer for life, here.

@Pande11 : The ones I know do not. 2PM cocktail hour daily. But again, they are all very good looking, which helps. Let the help take care of it.

@UptownGirl : you can hurt yourself if you do it wrong. Also it just feels good. I think most elderly would benefit from this.

@BooBear : Pretty sure you do not need a Masters Degree to stretch. Yes, the Elderly would benefit just hope they do not charge them though.

@UptownGirl : to stretch in general, no..to stretch with purpose..it doesn't hurt yo have someone that knows the best and safest way to get to a goal. A lot of the elderly have money..they can't take it with them..
