jv339 : I always go to the Cleveland DPS office. When we moved to KW 31 years ago we made the mistake of going to the office on Will Clayton. Surly people! We've always found the staff in Cleveland to be very professional and friendly.
@CaffeineFree : I always dread the will Clayton location but seriously that was not the case this time around.
I arrived filled out a form and was in and out in 12 mins.
There was no line and only 3 people inside getting theirs done.
They also are very clean about how they do everything. I was very surprised
... the jig is up. It was fun while it lasted. I'll make an appointment soon
