Constable Mark Herman's Office has once again joined the Texas Department of Transportations, Click or Ticket Campaign - an initiative designed to encourage all Texans to buckle up.

Constable Deputies will be working traffic enforcement through November 29,2020 and will be on the lookout for drivers and passengers not wearing their seat belts.

The department's goal is to increase seat belt use and it’s up to each of us to do our part. Buckle up, Texas! Tickets may hurt but crashes kill!

@KingwoodDotCom : My daughter did a blood drive at the old HEB site when it was still HEB and a police officer was watching people stop at the light. You cannot believe how many people got tickets while I was there in the span of 4 hours. Every time the light turned red he ticketed someone!

@KingwoodDotCom : Forget seat belt tickets. Go after drivers texting while driving.

@Luvyali : One almost ran me over when I was walking this morning. She would have run me over if I hadn't jumped onto the curb.

my vehicles will scream and ding until I put mine on, I would rather not hear it. The police should spend their time working on **** that matters besides seatbelts and riding their horses around

My dad was in a bad car accident. He was wearing a seatbelt thank God. If it had not been for that seatbelt he would have been killed. His car was totaled. I don't leave my driveway if my belt is not on.
