The new development, known as the Valley Ranch Outlets, will be comprised of over 200,000 square feet of outlet retail with an overall plan of over 1 million square feet of dining, entertainment, shopping, hospitality and luxury apartment homes. Uniquely positioned to be the area's premier destination to live, shop, work and play, the Valley Ranch Outlets offers a first-class environment that benefits from prime visibility to local residents and visitors alike.

Leading the outlet leasing is TORG, a firm touting 30 years of national experience in outlet malls and leasing. Working with TORG, The Signorelli Company, developer of Valley Ranch, has created a new concept for outlets. They are moving away from the conventional model to a new mixed-use, interactive approach for pedestrians, blending synergistic components such a restaurants, entertainment and traditional retail.

The Valley Ranch Outlets will be located on the south side of the Grand Parkway (99), across from VRTC.

@Stealth83 : Yes, unlike Humble who feel they have to place Red Light Cameras to generate income from the people who spend money in Humble. With all the apartments being built in Humble it will be an inner city like 1960 and 45 North and crime will increase. 4951

@FrodoBaggins : Maybe they will put a Trader Joes in Porter too! Those who love it won't have to drive to the Woodlands, but it won't be in KW either. 4951
