Signs been up a long time. They started work on it then stopped when the center median construction started. Guess they didn't want to compete w the two construction crews. That's a horrible crossover and the plants cause a blind spot in low vehicles.

Kingwood is just so different than it use to be. It doesn't even feel like a planned community anymore.
Why? We do not need another gas station. Guess they'll put a fast food joint with it….or maybe a nail salon or dry cleaner?? Seriously investors, stop putting unnecessary businesses here. Use up the empty retail space and listen to the residents of our community. Why can't we have nice things?!?!?!?!?

That's not technically Kingwood, is it? Not part of the planned community anyway. Northpark had always been an eyesore until you get to the Welcome to Kingwood sign. I remember my realtor entering from Kingwood drive and then crossing over to show me homes in Hunter's Ridge. Now it's an eyesore with terrible traffic!
