One of our PCT 4 Deputies stopped a vehicle that decided to show off with a burnout and launch out of a gas station like it was race day at Daytona. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.

Turns out the driver was already beat up, covered in his own blood, and smelled like he lost a drinking contest with himself.
After a quick investigation (and a long list of poor decisions), he was arrested for DWI. Oh and his car? Seized. Because Texas law doesn’t play around.

Moral of the story: Don’t drink and drive. Don’t burnout at gas stations. And definitely don’t do both while looking like you just lost a fight with a cactus.

I received a bill in DS name while he was in college. Opened it was for an insurance premium that was not his. We went to location and spoke with the mgr and come to find out it was for another guy with the same. Mgr forgot to get the guys address so she googled the name in our address came up so she assumed. Got it corrected and got out and googled the name and the guy popped up with just getting his 4th DWI. I guess they will insure anybody.
