For weeks, I saw many 18 wheelers coming up the small road on west side of 59 right next to San jac River by the underpass. I go home that way any time I'm out. I was so curious about them and wondered where they were going. I know there's a gravel/sand/dirt pit somewhere along sorters McClellan on way to back pew. I guess this answers it. Never occurred to me something was happening that will make flooding worse there. Always think whatever is happening is legal. Thank goodness Bob is knowledgeable about what to question.

I have an idea. They could contact NRG and find out when the next Monster Jam is coming to town.
