Mexichido Mexican Restaurant. Drove by it the other day, never been there so going to give it a try. It is by the Dairy Queen on NP in the old Lorenzo's location Anyone been there recently? I noticed that there is alfresco dining which is always a plus. Is that area open? Just asking for your opinions on the food, service, prices etc. So many Mexican restaurants in the area but none really stick out to me. Some that I will not go back to for whatever reason but still like to try new places. So, give me the good, bad and the ugly. Thanks.

GiggleMugs : I must have missed them. I try to stay away from that part of NP due to construction, but I did notice the restaurant again so want to give it a shot.
UptownGirl : I get that! NP construction is advancing however, the lane changes happen often. I am also concerned about debris and popping a tire. It will be fantastic when complete.

cbear : I've been traveling NP for work since the construction has started and have not had any issues with hitting any debris. It looks like they're trying to keep that under control.

Their food is so good. I'm not a fan of Lupe or Chachi's.
SummerSneeze : I love Lupe. I WANT to like Chachi's, but the service never seems to be on my side whenever I go. I still end up going since people I'm with will usually suggest it, but it's just not my fav. This discussion has been locked.
