The Mercer Stormwater Detention Basin Project upstream from Kingwood is almost complete. But it took 3.5X longer than predicted. What does that mean for other projects with tight deadlines?

Great info Bob. Wish there were more of these giant retention ponds around Kingwood. And all other Harris County.
