Men caught dumping trash on Hamblen. Too cheap to go to the dump

Saw this video a few days ago. I think there is a lot of dumping happening. Have seen people go into the area with a load of something and come back out without it. Think it has gotten worse since one never knows when heavy trash is going to be picked up.

sheltielover : oh absolutely this heavy trash day is so confusing the number they tell us to call is 311. They don't even know when heavy trash day is anymore. We can't figure anything out. We can't get any help on it. It's absolutely a poop show at this point.

jv339 : it is and I'm sure it wasn't any work done out here to have that trash and even if it was, they should've hauled it off. Hopefully the police find these people and give them citations.

Yesterday someone was going to drop off 2 box springs and a mattress at the park and ride recycle. I overheard heard him talking to someone saying that it was posted on the website.

If I can get a picture later today I will post, but a similar situation has been happening in the intersection of Mills Branch and Hueni. Some lazy crook has been dumping lots of tires in an empty lot. It looks like they got rid of some while they were paving the road, but I still see some. We are trying to keep this community clean and less weird, but these people can't seem to respect our side lol.

sweetie : I bet he did. Was he able to stop them from dumping the trash? I hope you have turned the video over to the police. I hate it when people dump stuff in any of our neighborhoods and it seems right now they are focusing on FC. I hate how the COH is doing your big trash pickup now. The COH needs to get it together and do better! I really hope my village will not start using them. I like my Best Trash!
