MCAS Has Over 100 Puppies in Need!

The Montgomery County Animal Shelter NEEDS YOU! There are over 100 puppies at MCAS and they keep on coming! From days old to months old! Every room has puppies under a year old! Many of these puppies would benefit from a foster or rescue group to take them into their homes to keep them healthy and strong. Other puppies are old enough to be adopted! If you've ever thought about fostering, even for a few weeks, the time is now.

Harris County Shelter had to stop intake for 30 days because they are so overwhelmed. It's a very tough time for shelters and Rescues.

If people would spay/neuter the pets it certainly would help. I have taken two in off the streets no microchip and just roaming in dangerous situations. The dog food has become expensive but they are well fed. I couldn't take care of anymore if I wanted. When I say taken out of the street I mean it both fighting traffic almost being run over when I saw them so scared they run right to strangers and literally jumped in my arms. In dog talk that said help me and I did. I love my furbabies and I have a boy and a girl.
