billcherie2 : Probably not but I really think if the HOA's would invest a few bucks in signs to put out at all entry ways to the subdivision a week before saying NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED it would be a constant reminder with no excuse. Then rent a cop for the night to patrol. It's not rocket science to do something about this.

Signs put out and paid for with your dues money? Wont do a thing. Unless you want to waste your money. Instead have your board members patrol. See how that goes
