Donnawisdom : But no one is getting a "swift" trial. It's taking YEARS. I think the whole idea behind it was appropriate, but they missed the boat by not considering extreme circumstances where no doubt or question exists.

I think is promoting abusing children, lock him up forever. Have a special court for this clear cut cases and get it done in 2 weeks. Never let him out. Messing with kids is totally unacceptable!

notfromhere : Right and the fact remains that if the guy say I'm Guilty, then he won't have a trial anyway. The Judge will just sentence him.

Why even give him a bond if there's evidence showing he was involved in harming children? They need to keep him locked up until trial so he can't "possibly" hurt any other children!
