Major accident 59 north

mm4731 :
Thanks for the heads up. It is nasty on the roads this morning. Stay home people if you can.

Fatality just passed 99 going north.

golfshot : Northbound, and unfortunately it is a fatality.

mm4731 : Thanks for posting. Saying prayers for all, including first responders. DH headed that way shortly, trying to figure out a different route.

buffaloglenn : I had a feeling, looked bad.

Did not see this thread…..locked mine. This is so sad. Someone had their last goodbye ;(

We're on our way to Arkansas and passed (or tried to) through there about 8:25 or so. 59 N was a parking lot just past the 1314 exit. Google Maps diverted us to Community Drive-494-Antique Lane back to 59N. That detour was SLOW but at least we were moving. Oh, yes, it was also raining, which probably had a lot to do with the accident. Prayers for all involved plus relatives and friends. 🙏

1314 busy, 59 north pretty much bumper to bumper just now.

Murry : That picture tells the tale! Thanks!

Picasso13 :
Safe travels. 🙏

First responders trying to@mm4731 :
