sweetie : I would not want a shopping strip at the entrance to my neighborhood. I don't like that there is a gas station/convenience store there already.
Wiseowl : no but we have one right here where Trader Joe's went in the beginning of Kingwood, but that's OK because Kingwood Drive is really a busy street and there's no homes there. But I'd be pretty mad if I lived in Royal Brook.
