The development is only 40k sq/ft. Probably another convenience store, pizza place, Mexican restaurant, and a nail salon. Oh, and a chicken fast food place.

cbear : I don't think it's a strange location, I'm just wondering about the necessity of it. It seems like there are enough shopping centers not too far from that area already. My main concern is the potential for flooding in those neighborhoods.
