MikeCook : Not sure KW has the amenities to handle that big a crowd. 😆. I kid, I kid. Good luck - and yes, the library is your best bet.
MikeCook : I'd check with Homewood Suites or Courtyard-both on 59 at front of Kingwood. They have small meeting rooms that can be rented by the day.

MikeCook : The Community Center might let you use some of their space as long as it doesn't interfere with their poker or craps tournaments.
Community Center only has larger rooms. Would probably cost more.
