Update.... So upon further testing we were told that she was having severe kidney failure, had bladder stones causing an obstruction and her bladder was 3x's bigger than what it needed to be.
With all that said, they advised us to euthanize considering the pain and discomfort, and due to severity of the kidney failure it was a huge risk through surgery.
We had to make a quick and sudden decision and we are completely heartbroken. Still havent told my kids and dont know how to approach that yet. Thank you everyone for your advice.
