I live in Brookwood subdivision behind Oak Hurst subdivision, haven't been hearing about thefts around me. Last night with my wife's 2023 Dodge 150 big horn truck backed up almost to our garage someone or more stole the tailgate with no one noticing it happening. Hope they get what they deserve.

So sad this happened to you all; my kids have double locks on their tailgates, but honestly, if these jerks want it, they will find a way to get the gate off of the truck. Karma is a....and I hope she finds them, Soon! there is a huge black market for those tailgates.

How can they get to it if parked close to the garage door? I thought it needed to be brought down to take off. Sorry it happened to you :-(
