The Lash Lounge Kingwood I won a gift card to The Lash Lounge for a set of Classic Natural lashes through one of our awesome contests here on KDC and some of y'all requested that I post a review when I got my lashes done...well, I decided to get my lashes done for the wedding I went to in Hawaii...most of y'all know, I'm not very fancy...but this gave me a reason to use my gift card!!! 
The entire experience was absolutely wonderful. From scheduling the appointment...I called about 5 days before I wanted them done however that was too short of notice as they were booked up...I also had a very limited time frame available as I was getting off the boat and then flying out...so they put me on the waitlist. They called me the morning I got off the boat and informed me that they had a cancelation and would be able to get me in if I would like...and I jumped on it!!! When I arrived everyone was so friendly...the place was clean, calm and quiet. I checked in and they congratulated me on winning the gift card, which made me smile!!! I spoke with the stylists who was going to be applying the lashes and decided to upgrade to a slight fuller set! I laid down and she took a few pictures for me as I requested so I could share with y'all! She preped my eyes and started applying the lashes. The stylists was so sweet and we chatted for a bit and then I actually fell asleep (I got off the boat that morning and had been up for well over 24 hours...)...when she finished she politely woke me up. Gave me some after care instructions, took some after pictures for me and took me to the front for check out!!! They once again congratulated me on winning the gift card and recommend coming back in two weeks for a fill. I told them I would contact them when I was ready and I was on my way!!! It has been 3 weeks and my lashes still look good...but definitely could use a fill! Anywho, long winded but...I would recommend them if you're looking for some lashes. I would definitely go back if the need or opportunity arises! 4951

Chiza : Looks great! What all is involved in the process?
808, she explained what she was doing step by step...but I can't recall it all. I know she cleansed my eyelids and under eyes and then taped them...the whole process takes about 2 hours...so I got a nice nap in! Hehe 4951
Chiza : Chiza, thank you for posting the pics! You have absolutely beautiful eyes. As I've aged, I've developed a tremor which has made mascara application nearly impossible.... the wand ends up in my hair, in my eye.... occasionally up my nose but seldom on my lashes. I so want to do this.... 4951

FreebyrdII, you should definitely try it out! I don't do makeup often, but I actually bought some for the trip to Hawaii which I only put on for the wedding...hehe! It was nice not to have to put on mascara...just a little brushing with the wand and they were perfect!!! 4951
