Can someone answer me a question? What is the difference between hemp THC and marijuana THC? Are they the same?

The person's you describe above most likely took the incorrect dosage. When trying any of these products, it is advisable to start with the lowest dosage to see how your body reacts. That is what was so good about Bahama Mama's! They ALWAYS counciled you on what you were buying and the recommendation of product for your specific need!

This may have already been posted but I didn't have time to go through all the posts. It is my understanding that they were confiscating tobacco vapes that were flavored because that was just made illegal except for mint flavor and tobacco flavored. The stores were still selling to get rid of the inventory. I don't know I couldn't confirm it that is what a friend of one of the owners told me. I don't shop in them but aren't the TCH/Delta 8 vapes flavored too?

One comes from a hemp plant which naturally had less TCH in it. Only Hemp can be grown in Texas not marijuana.

One person got this from Bahama Mamas. He offered no directions or recommendations other than try this!
They took 1/5 of the gummy (as is recommended by the manufacturer) , little to no effect. The second 1/5 same = little to no effect . The third 1/5, severe debilitating reaction!
That's why I suspect it was a manufacturer quality control escape. The gummy should have the ingredients distributed so when dividing as the manufacturer recommends, the proper dosage is achieved.

So delta 9 gummies are still available?

This is what our tax dollars are going to? When we call HPD it takes hrs for them to show up, but a whole darn task force shows up to raid vape shops??? Give me break. I buy nicotine products from some of these shops, and they are good and honest people. I seriously hate this for them.
