Looked on FB and there is a page there by the people who are putting on this event ;it's called JG events. You might go there and they have an email listed, and you could probably just ask right there on their Facebook page, about safe parking in the area ,to avoid towing.

Most of the parking lot in front of where the Sprouts store is going to be located has been fenced off of for construction equipment. Not sure if that's still up or has been taken down.

The Walgreens is far right in the parking lot; almost to the opposite end, so I'm pretty sure it is accessible, since the Walgreens is open.

I own the Pet Ranch in the old HEB center. No problem parking in our center's parking lot….. "LAISSEZ LA BONNE TEMPS ROULEZ"

I haven't been out there yet but the organizer posted a live video and it's going on, looked like most of the vendors were set up in the street around the park and there were a lot of food trucks and food vendors.
