ZMAN : You don't have to go there. I think grocery stores make alot of $$ off of men who don't want to go there. They have no Kroger or HEB account so they pay the highest prices. After a while, the whole grocery game just becomes part of the trip. I get my code up on my phone to scan at the register and see the coupons come off the total too fast to count. Then I have HEB charge card so swipe that across. 5% back on all HEB brand items with that. Becomes almost like a gambling addiction. lol
RaggedyAnn : 1) Most of the time if a dude does not have a card number, I see the clerk reach under the counter and grab a card to scan so the lower price is charged.
2) I like to wait until the final total, then enter my number, so I can see the price drop. The other day it started at $147 and went down to $86. Of course, sometimes it starts at $50 and only goes down to $49.
SarcasmWins : Love to see the clerks help like that. I scanned my CVS card for a gentleman once. Saved him a whole lot. Their prices are crazy high.

SteveT : If they do this in the Kingwood Kroger, it wouldn't help me a bit. I never have phone service in that store! Not sure if it's just T-Mobile. I can't connect to Kroger's wifi either, always get an error message. Found out trying to use manufacturer e-coupons, which even their customer service couldn't help with or honor. I do add their coupons at home to my acct, which get credited when I enter my ph # at checkout. HOOPS, they make you jump!
HappyinTX : Yeah I have Tmobile too and have the same issues. I have to walk out of the store to use the damn coupons/open the app so this is actually really nice. Zman - just give us the lowest price to begin with. Why 3 prices and all these damn coupons. 🙄 « Back to Chat
