I download the Kroger coupons from my laptop to the Kroger card. I try to watch closely as I scan at the self checkout. I call for help when it doesn't honor the ad...like 4 2L Dr pepper for .99 if you buy 4...and the register doesn't give the discount because it's cherry flavor etc. They always correct the mistake but I wonder how many people pay too much.
I like HEB's coupons that they send ...like $3 off $5 of chips...any brand. I bought chips and the ultimate crunch cheese curls. Figured out that the cheese curls don't count as a chip. I should have known that. ha ha So I just used that coupon on the next trip.

Kroger on Northpark at 59 is my favorite. I download coupons weekly, sometimes just before shopping and even while shopping. I use self check and find that e-coupons show up at the bottom of the screen. Perhaps there is a problem with your app. Would deleting and reinstalling help? The manager should have helped you.

I never feel comfortable with the Digital Coupons... never really sure if I am getting the right price and it is too time-consuming to keep rechecking the receipt...have given up on them.
JUST LOWER THE PRICE FOR ALL WHO BUY THAT ITEM!!!!!

For the last 2 months I have had to deactivate the VPN security on my computer to allow it to download my Kroger app so I can download coupons, then works fine. Must be something on their IT side ?

@UptownGirl : I had this problem with this store for quite a while and I had to address the issue with them on the survey and sometimes have to follow up with them but they usually corrected. This changed when I started going to the one by 59 because they were better supplied (and this was way before the supply chain issue) and as a bonus, ho issues with the digital coupons (so far, knock wood).

@UptownGirl : Yes, I had the same problem several times. Some cashiers are more friendly than others, who will get a manager over to give you the correct digital coupon price. Others say can't help.

@UptownGirl : 4 or 5 Days? Nope! I do mine the night before, from home, and don't have a problem with them. But, I cannot access my coupons on the app, when I am IN the store. Really frustrating! I sometimes screenshot the really good ones, where it says "clipped".
