@UptownGirl: no more chances for them don't they understand there are other places we can shop ? How mean can they be . I like little Walmart now their fruit is better and the salad stuff also

@UptownGirl : the cashier doesnt take off digital coupons.

If loaded to your kroger card, as the product scans it comes off magically.

Cashier has zero control over it.

@UptownGirl : I know a few people who have had a problem clipping them from their phone. They seem to work when clipped from their computer. Hope that is some assistance in your dilemma.

I have found when I buy discounted items, the digital coupons will not apply because the discount UPC bar code is different than the UPC tied to the coupon

@UptownGirl : seems like manager just wanted to get the cashier and not help the customer. Good move , on not reporting the worker , who may have been fired or as same companies like to do write up employees.

I have started going to HEB more. Almost never go to Kroger. I had a digital coupon not scan at HEB the other day and the cashier just took $5 after confirming the coupon was there.

Stealth83 : Yes we all know that, the point is they were downloaded and 2 out 5 worked. We are not splitting the Atom here, there is either a mistake with the program or Kroger's is trying to get a few extra bucks at the expense of the consumer.
