I've seen people park in the grocery pick up spaces. They get out go in the store, grab a cart and start shopping.

The entire store is being renovated. Estimated completion will be late June or early July.
 
@ParkinVolunteer : Oh, so it's for the inside, nothing will stay permanent in the parking lot?
