KanKan : The one lane I have observed is just for a portion where they are clearing brush, so it doesn't fall on your vehicle as you drive by. At some point if it does not get cleared out, it will be falling on the road or a vehicle. A thank you to all the volunteers for clearing out the median.

KanKan : Good news is both events should be done by noon, so in the afternoon roads should be normal.
