I go to the New Caney p.o., always at least 2 people working there, and even with a line, things move very quickly. Stay on the feeder after WalMart Porter, and continue on the feeder. You'll pass an Entergy office, and soon after, on the right, is the post office. 20811 Highway 59 N. Then, you can continue on the the Nordstrom of Dollar Trees, at 20291 FM 1485, New Caney, and then to Dino Coffee coffee truck for a beverage!
I use Mail and More on Woodland Hills. I don't go into the KW post office unless it's absolutely necessary.
Genesis reacted They should have cameras for security as well. Last year my husband got his window busted after going to the bank then the post office. No cameras.

I don't need stamps very often, but when I do I just buy them at either Kroger or HEB. I haven't been to the KW post office in a long time, but I've heard that customer service has gone downhill. I think there is another alternative to mailing packages on Northpark.

#msg5914541TEXASGIRLMAMMA : You mean you never saw all the wrappers , water bottles and fast food bags right before the bend going to the front of the PO. It is like they cleaned out their truck for the day and left it all there
Passport processing should be put back where it belongs in the federal building downtown. The post office has no public bathroom no chairs and is not equipped like the federal buildings for security. The more complains the better!
I find it faster and more convenient to buy stamps at the HEB service center. I'm sure Kroger and Walmart sell them too. HEB Doesn't mark them up, not sure about the other stores.

#msg5914861jracer1414 : Not sure anywhere they sell stamps can mark them up. Walgreens and Kroger sell them also.
At the New Caney one today. I waited maybe 3 minutes for her to get to the counter and the clerk apologized Profusely, for making me wait

I just order stamps online. Quick and easy, plus you can get commemoratives if you like those. USPS.com
