I feel for your predicament. Based on what you've posted, it seems like you got fired from 2 entry level positions (KCC, and Chimichurri's), and most recently from Chimi's a year ago.If you left early, then own it. That's not a pro-labor move. Do less of that. Be the guy that stays late.If people say you harass the hostess, then make sure everyone (including the hostess) can only claim that you treat everyone including customers with the utmost respect.Those are entry level jobs. You'll get another. Learn from your mistakes and resist the temptation to externalize the blame.Be the first employee to arrive when it's your shift. If you're not early, you're late. Be the last one to leave on your shift. Before leaving, exchange kind words with those you worked with. Go the extra mile. Your job is not to just be good enough, but to excel. Outperform your peers and be polite to them every moment of every day.We all learn lessons from the workplace during that phase of our careers. Just spend more time learning and less time blaming.
