Kingwood is getting a steakhouse?

another website on FB says it's between Sharkeys and Chimmichuris where the Don't Axe Me place use to be.

There is a " Table 7 Bistro" in Houston, but not sure if it is the same company? "Table 7 Prime" lists on Google, but there is no info or website. They do have one 'review', where a guy says he is excited to have this come to KW, and that it is locally owned, by owners with 'tons of restaurant and hospitality experience'. Will be interesting, as info come out about this.

Ticagro : Yes . I posted that a while back. I think that's where the ax throwing place was. I talked to the manager at chimichurri's while I was there when I saw the sign . And she said that they should be opening up early summer. I was surprised they would put another steakhouse there.

I go to the Methodist comprehensive care place in Kings Harbor for PT. Last Thursday, while I was using the seated elliptical thing (it faces the windows that over look the restaurants), the doors were open on the Don't Axe Me place and people with plans and clipboards were walking in and out of it. Of course, it doesn't prove one thing or another, but it looked like someone is interested in the location.

Ticagro: yes! My daughter's close friend parents own it. I will find out the name. I'm so excited ! I love steaks . It's going to be a great place , I know it already .

Cstomio123 : I enjoy steak too. I've never had a good steak at Chimichurri's - they always seem like they got a cheap steak from Krogers in the foam tray and served it up. It'll be nice to be able to get a good steak locally. I'm looking forward to them opening.

And to answer your question . This family owns almost every booth that you can possibly encounter at the airport. They also own Chicfila at the airport.

Ticagro: I'm confident with this one . This family love to go out to eat . And they drive far because we don't have anything so great over here .

Wasn't the Axe place a wine bar before that? If so, I don't think it's a very large space. I'm having trouble imagining a whole restaurant in that small space.

CCM / Cediel Concession Mgmt is who I come up with as ownership company. Pretty sure not the same company that took over the Pappas contract at Hobby.
