TEXASGIRLMAMMA : I could be wrong, but I thought it was actually the property owner of the Town Center that has to pay for fountain clean up?

: I thought the Town Center Merchant Association paid for the fountain repairs.
CaffeineFree : Yeah, That sounds more likely...
The fountain was installed and is maintained by Kings Crossing Community Association. Residents and businesses around Town Center pay annual dues to KCCA who use it to maintain the common areas with the biggest expense being landscaping, including water. As an example, we trim the WLHP trees about ever 4 years to maintain the canopy. We share that cost with Kings Crossing Trails Association. We also maintain Town Center Park and have budgeted some funds in 2025 to improve the facilities to make it easier for schools, churches and community group to make use of it. If you want to contact me tony@towncenterevents.com or text 346-600-2366. Regarding the soaping of the fountain, some of the soaps can create scouring of the pump internal parts and so we have to replace the pump every 4 to 5 years. Also we have to flush out the soap every time it happens so there is a cost. We did install a camera, but the kids found several innovative ways to sabotage it, most commonly by wearing hoodies. So, for the time being we just accept the cost.

All they need to do is factor in the costs of repairs and cleaning every year and raise the HOA fees to cover the costs. People seem to love it so just let it be. I am sure no one will complain
Again thank you for this. I get it's a pain & we appreciate it I also love the kids do it not gonna lie it's hilarious to me & puts a smile on my face. However, I do understand there is consequences & money being spent. Thank y'all for what yall do around here. It doesn't go unnoticed. I think more of us that know this would appreciate it & even help out more & donate more.
The kingwood fountain I have a question. How do we get in touch with some who runs the fountain. ? I would like to honestly know when kids or adults put bubbles in fountain do they have to repair it each time or how often & how much does it actually cost ? Can we see the bill ? Who actually pays for the fountain? Is it kingwoodians? Have many questions about this & other things like the pond up front in kingwood ? Who takes care of that & who pays for all This ? I am just wondering about all this
