Kingwood flooding questions…

Does anyone have a map of the area that flooded twice (not Harvey related) or some street boundaries? Also has the county fixed what the problem was? Thanks for any information.

I thought the last flooding where places flooded that never had before was due to the Perry Homes builders. They were sued and had to take steps to mitigate future flooding. I would just look at the lastest flood plane maps. It is mainly about elevation unless drainage gets blocked on your street.

And if you are looking to buy property, check google earth for elevations and then compare to places that did flood.
