I am surprised that the guy in the store would chase down these guys over a bag of chips. Having said that he was probably was fed up with people stealing anything from the store. Sad all the way around.

If you rob a bank ok. If you kill somebody while you rob the bank it's capital murder. You shouldn't have been robbing the bank in the first place !

We saw the video walking out and the guy stealing the chips had a massive smile on his face that he just stole from the store. Then they ran by foot and the store employee chased after them with the car. The part I didn't see is if he tried to strike the kids with the car or if he was yelling from the road and they shot him. Do we have the footage when they were running?

He is also a convicted felon; so I guess the one thing he Does know about, is Breaking the Law. These 2 Can be tried as adults at 17, in Texas. And they will be.

sadly, he cared about his job, and respected the store owners. In the end, is IS sad that he lost his life to these 2 poor excuses for humans. He SHOULD have just let them go. In doing That, though, they probably would have returned for armed robbery of the cash register, since they got away with the chips. Logic that we cannot fathom. The self defense claim won't stick.
