I've been with Kelsey for over 30 years. When the Advantage plans became available, I signed up. I love their system of medical care. I've had 3 surgeries during my time with them and my largest bill was around $400. This is one of the reasons I went with an Advantage plan. A serious illness with hospital stay can wipe out a bank account pretty quick. An Advantage plan protects against that.
I like the readily available help via electronic means for after hours and an electronic visit can have a prescription waiting at your pharmacy in less time than you can physically set and attend an appointment. I like the electronic records keeping and sharing among the different facilities and specialists. I can schedule a specialist without a referral.
I've never had a feeling of inadequate care. In fact, it's been quite the opposite.
