ralph7337 : Same here - got the note from Optimum that the outage was resolved but our internet is still down. I'm in Kingwood Estates.

buffaloglenn : Thank you…yes I've re booted a few times and the speed is still off by nearly 65%…

buffaloglenn : Yes we live close as I'm in KVE….this does happen from time to time …seems like it takes a few days to right itself…I'm sorry you are still out..many people here in these buildings have a phone which relies on WI FI some now…
