No insomnia here but I went to sleep earlier than usual last night. Watched almost two movies and fell asleep on the couch. Dogs woke me up to go outside and now I'm awake. I really wanted to finish the movie but apparently I needed the rest. I hope I'm able to go back to bed soon because I have a busy week ahead. Now my dogs are sleeping, goodness!

4 AM here - woke up at 3:30 and laying here doomscrolling. Oh well have to get up soon- going to take a short hike to get some Mojo back before the sun gets brutal
