The curbs along the main drives used to look clean, sharp and well-maintained. Now they look sloppy. It shouldn't be that hard to talk to the landscaping company or hire one that takes more pride in their work. Many of us spend time keeping our own yards looking nice, so it's disappointing to see the neighborhood common areas not getting the same level of care.

Harris County Flood Control District needs to fix Ben's Branch waterway. It needs to be deeper so that it does not flood the community. It also should be maintained on a regular basis. Can you make that happen?

Utilize the empty spaces wo pouring more concrete. We didnt need the big shopping centers in the back.
Put in entertainment for the kids in the empty building at chestnut ridge. An indoor skate park or arcade. It would take an investor willing to risk $ on KW.

I'd take two healthy places and three restaurants that are non-chain and decent. Like, give me Modern Market and TacoDeli, and then give me a farm to table steakhouse, a baller wine bar with great grazing boards, and then something unexpected. And before someone comes in here telling me Main Street has wine and boards, GTFO with that non-organic, convenience store wine and processed meats. Not the same.
