I'm looking for someone to help with low-budget video recording

ZMAN : One location, either my library at home or the videographer's space (studio or home with a professional-looking backdrop) if it's local. Each project is 10-15 min video in its final form; usually I record in 40-60 sec clips and piece them together, but if I had someone who could operate the teleprompter, it might be possible to roll the camera continuously for the 10-15 minutes, and that would be it. Once everything is set up, the recording does not take long unless multiple takes are necessary for a few cumbersome sections. Would try one project and see how it goes, might have several more to do this Fall. Hoping for low budget, I'm thinking this is an hour or two of time including setup and takedown of equipment. I have lights or the videographer can provide lights.

If the budget is right, I'd consider it. I do training and corporate videos as part of my job. Editing would cost more, depending on length, any graphics, music, etc, but if it's just recording some high quality footage, that's not too difficult.

Maybe check with LSC. I am sure some student would love to make some extra money.

If you are already experienced in some light editing, getting something like Final Cut Pro and an Amazon teleprompter (they've even got some that will mount on a cell phone), you can really create stuff that most would assume is professional. Take your time setting up good lighting and camera settings (plenty of great tutorials online) and save yourself some $$. I guess that's one good thing that's come out of all these "content creators"

I don't know how he can keep a straight face doing that routine.
