Rapsalot : Look I don't know US codes or even deal with ICE or Federal law enforcement. Personally I would avoid Law Enforcement. There is a few female officers I would like to meet though.

If you now acknowledge not knowing, why give not just opinions, which we all often have erroneous ones. A a firm statement of fact is what you started with. I quote you: Federal agents have immunity. After that statement you did what you should have done initially, say I think. Believe it or not, I am careful to avoid stating an opinion as a fact. My dad was stern about that.
