SpaceCat : Ironically and unfortunately, Congress pays themselves during a shutdown. Political hypocrisy at its finest. Tell your sister that you're getting her a parachute. Let her know it's a used one off of eBay.

Since July, the House has bothered with floor votes only a few times. Yet somehow, the paychecks never miss a day. Strangely, it coincides with a certain subcommittee being formed.
